Growing notes

Soak the seeds in clean water for approximately 8–12 hours before sowing. Drain thoroughly and
distribute them evenly over a moist growing medium.
Press the seeds gently into the surface and cover the tray during the initial germination stage. A small
amount of weight on the covering tray can help the seedlings establish strong roots and sturdy stems. After approximately 2–3 days, uncover the tray and place it in bright indirect light or under a grow light.
Keep the growing medium consistently moist without waterlogging it.
Harvest when the shoots are approximately 8–12 cm tall and the young tendrils are tender and well
developed.
