        Growing notes

        Soak the seeds in clean water for approximately 6–8 hours before sowing. Drain them thoroughly and
        spread them evenly over a moist growing medium.
        Press the seeds gently into the surface and cover them during the first stage of germination. Keep the
        growing medium moist but not saturated.
        Once the seedlings emerge, remove the cover and place the tray in bright indirect light or under a grow
        light. Water gently and provide good airflow to help maintain healthy, even growth.
        Harvest when the stems are tender and the first small true leaves begin to develop. For a milder flavour,
        harvest slightly earlier.
